Rock gods Motorhead have been confirmed as Sunday headliners for Bloodstock 2011, with WASP to headline on Friday night in their only UK festival appearance of 2011. Meanwhile, Hammerfall and Poisonblack join the RJD stage and Byfrost, Deadly Circus Fire and Primevil join the Sophie stage.

Dragonforce have announced 23 year old Marc Hudson will be their new vocalist after the departure of ZP Theart, who parted ways with the band in March last year.Watch the video of his audition below.

A year after EspyRock broke the story of Dragonforce vocalist ZP Theart’s departure, the band have announced that after entries from thousands of hopefuls across the globe, 23 year old Marc Hudson will be their new vocalist.

Malefice will be premiering a brand new track tonight on The Rock Show with Daniel P. Carter on BBC Radio 1 tonight,  February 28.

Arch Enemy, You Me At Six, Sum 41,  All Time Low, Fozzy, Periphery and Grinspoon have all been added to the lineup for Sonisphere 2011, as well as a reunion of House Of Pain.

Aeon have announced they will tour Europe in April,  including 5 UK shows kicking off in Liverpool on the 21st.
