Comeback Kid reunite with original vocalist Scott Wade at Rain Fest; sign of things to come?

Yesterday at Rain Fest, a 3 day hardcore festival held over Memorial Day Weekend, Comeback Kid took to the stage with original vocalist Scott Wade for a special one of a kind night that was originally never meant to be but came around after Madball cancelled their performance.

Performing with his side project Figure Four at the festival with current Comeback Kid vocalist Andrew Neufeld who is also part of the band, Comeback Kid guitarist Jeremy Hiebert stated on Facebook, “Madball canceled Rain Fest in Seattle so Figure Four is now closing it out tonight and Comeback Kid has been asked to play a short set. We will do so and only do a few songs from the first two records with Scott back on vocals and the birdman back on guitar with some fill in help on drums and bass. Should be an interesting night haha.”

With the short set going down incredibly well and almost being the talk of the festival, Comeback Kid only an hour ago teased that it could be something that may happen again with Scott Wade, “Thanks to everyone who came out to watch CBK and Figure Four at Rain Fest. It was definitely a night to remember. Maybe we should do that again sometime…”

As more details surrounding the night become available we will update you. Below is a picture from the band showing Scott Wade appearing with them and also fan clips recorded from the performance.
