Dead By April announce headline performance in London

Dead By April – the ‘modern melodic metallers’ from Gothenburg, Sweden – will play a headline show at the Islington Bar Academy in London on November 1st.

Prior to this, the five-piece outfit (whose debut self-titled album went to No. 2 on the Swedish charts) will be Special Guesting on a whole UK tour with My Passion (dates below).

In addition, DBA have just confirmed a line-up change, with guitarist/vocalist Pontus Hjelm being replaced by the magnificently named Zandro Santiago (Pontus, however, will continue as a non-touring member of the writing team). This means that Santiago will share vocal duties with Jimmie Strimell, leaving Johan Olsson to take care of all guitar parts live.

Available as a digital download complete with re-mixes of three tracks from their debut album, ‘Losing You’ was the song that broke the band in their native Sweden, going straight to No. 1 in the charts.
