Debut album from Juke Kartel released today
‘Levolution’, the US debut album from melodic rockers Juke Kartel, hits stores today. The album, produced by rock veterans Brian Virtue (Jane’s Addiction, 30 Seconds to Mars) and Rick Parashar (Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains), was a true labor of love by the band, who have played together since 2006 and recently made a move from Australia to the States. Lead singer Toby Rand said in a recent interview that ‘Levolution’ is a story of the journey of the band, whom he describes as “big, powerful, and guitar-driven, with stadium sonic sound.” Single ‘If Only’ proves this point, uniting the band’s gift for melody with heart-on-your-sleeve lyrics. Check out the listening party below to preview the album, which is available for download on iTunes.
Fans in Los Angeles can catch the band on stage with Slash at the House of Blues on Tuesday, October 5th and Wednesday October 6th. For more updates and news from the band, find them on Facebook or visit JukeKartel.com.
