Digital Summer forced to push back album release again

Digital Summer have announced that they have had to push back the release of their second album ‘Counting The Hours’ for the second time to a “later date yet to be determined”. “We’re in the middle of contractual agreements right now that do not permit the release of the new album yet. Soon though… soon!”

The band have already released copies of the album to those who pre-ordered or to those who attend their live shows and these copies may no longer be the final mixed release. Although regarded as the final mix ahead of the release last month, with the new issues, it would seem from the following comment by the band that the album may be taken back to the studio.

the Cds purchased at live concerts on the tour are actually pre-release copies. They are technically not the final mixes. Just FYI for those who care to know. Call it limited edition
