Fear And The Nervous System preparing debut album

Fear And The Nervous System may not be a name you are familiar with the all-star cast with founder Munky (Korn), Billy Gould (Faith No More), Zac Bird (Korn) and Brooks Wackerman (Bad Religion) with Steve Krolikowski (Repeater), you get part of the picture.

The band was originally put together in 2008 which also included Wes Borland (Limp Bizkit) for a period of time but his material never made the album cut but he did contribute the album artwork.

At the time Munky took the songs he had written to the studio and is said to have recorded the album in full apart from the vocals. With a release set for 8th August 2008 Munky stated that the album wouldn’t be released until he was ready as he didn’t want to rush the production.

After a year of little details, Munky announced that although he was originally going to work on vocals, he decided that it would be better to bring in someone and announced Steve Krolikowski as the bands vocalist.

The band have been back at work on the album and a release date is expected sometime later this year after Korn have released their brand new album.

There is talk that Munky has teamed up with Wes Borland once again for a project but with no details other than the rumoured statement, but of course Borland could have joined the band again for the release of their debut.
