Feeder announcement … announced – EP and Tour

Feeder has officially updated their website with their announcement which clears up all the uncertainty.

With the band releasing a new song under the name Renegades, fans were left believing the name of the band had changed. Further rumours then made it seem like the band could be playing under an alias which could reflect the name of their new studio album but after today’s announcement, it would appear that Feeder remain and Renegades is the titled of their four track EP.

The band has announced the release of four track EP titled Renegades and the following tour dates:

25   Jan – King Tut’s,  Glasgow
26   Jan – Ruby  Lounge,  Manchester
28   Jan – Academy  3,  Birmingham
29   Jan – Monto  Water  Rats,  Kings  Cross,  London
4   Feb – The  Lexington,  Islington,  London
8   Feb – Hoxton  Bar  &  Grill,  Hoxton,  London

The EP is only available as limited edition right now as part of a ticket bundle. Therefore if you are not attending any of the above tour dates, you cannot purchase a copy at this time though if you are, for £35 you will receive:

  • Your ticket to the show
  • Limited edition four track EP
  • Unique Renegades Vintage Cut T-Shirt
  • Badge Set

There are still some conflicting comments as to the band’s name with a lot of people still understanding that with the banner on their website and change on the latest single does mean a new name but as they have not stated a change and the domain name and links still the same, we believe Feeder remain.

I have sent the band a message to confirm the name, with luck they will reply and we can update you very soon.
