The band is in the process of recording a video for their second single “Beautiful Bride”; the single itself is due to be released tomorrow.

I myself have been looking forward to this album after a rocky start with the band.

I first discovered Flyleaf when they supported Korn at a concert, but for their full set, I certainly was not drawn in, felt much more lost and wondering “who is this band” for the wrong reasons.

The main difficultly was not being able to understand one word that Lacey sung; the general performance from the other members did not help save their set, indeed caused a much greater train wreck.
Too much focus on stage presence led to mass of errors during the performance, but the band still continued to fight on and ended their set on slightly, yet not greatly, improved level.

Though I eventually gave the band a second chance, discovering an album stream online, I sat down and listened.

From the first Track “I’m So Sick”, it felt like a completely different band from who had appeared live in front of my very own eyes. The album progressed and I found myself buying a copy that very night without hesitation.

I am simply now waiting, twiddling my thumbs, waiting for the opportunity to view their live performance once more and find out if that night, was just simply one of those nights.
