Jesse Leach joins Killswitch Engage for a live performance

Rumours were confirmed and the heat over at the rumour mill was just cranked up a notch.

It had been rumoured that Jesse Leach would make an appearance at the bands performance in New York City, allowing Phil Labonte (All That Remains) to sit out a few songs. During the bands set, the lights went out and the intro to ‘My Last Serenade’ played through the speakers. The lights kicked in and no more than a few seconds later on walked Jesse Leach.

Will Hawkins, who was photographing the set, managed to capture the song in full with his camera and although the sound quality is extremely distorted, you are able to vision what is becoming every fans greatest wish.

The members even went on to perform as the original four-piece:

Jesse Leach – vocals
Joel Stroetzel – guitars
Mike D’Antonio – bass
Adam Dutkiewicz – drums

With the news that current frontman Howard Jones has supposedly impregnated porn star Allie Foster and is not scheduled to appear on any tour date as scheduled by the band, fans have been crying out for Jesse to return, and make it permanent.

Phil Labonte of All That Remains is currently filling in for all of Killswitch Engages tour and he, at the same time as Howard Jones, auditioned to be Killswitch Engages lead singer after Jesse left.
