Ozzy cracks the US top 5

Early sales reports had stated that Ozzy’s new album ‘Scream’ was not on course to break the sales target as previously reached with his 2007 album ‘Black Rain’ and also that of ‘Down To Earth’ released in 2001. These reports turned out to be true as his new critically acclaimed and much anticipated album sold 81,000 copies on its first week on sale, debuting at number 4 on the chart. Both previous albums reached over 150,000 sales in their first week with ‘Black Rain’ debuting at number 3 and ‘Down To Earth’ at number 4.

‘Scream’ has also debuted in the Australian chart at number 11; number 6 in New Zealand and also number 12 here in the UK.
