Porcupine Tree add Irish dates

Grammy-nominated UK progsters Porcupine Tree are pleased to confirm the addition of two Irish dates prior to their sold out Royal Albert Hall show in London this October. These performances are the wrap-up dates to the album cycle for 2009’s ‘The Incident,’ and although details can’t be confirmed just yet, the band have a number of special things planned to ensure these shows are a unique experience for all who attend. Tickets are on sale now.

The dates are follows:
Monday 11th October – DUBLIN Tripod (tickets €27.50)
Tuesday 12th October – BELFAST Mandela Hall (tickets £23)
Thursday 14th October – LONDON Royal Albert Hall (tickets sold out)

Porcupine Tree – Steven Wilson (vocals/guitar), Gavin Harrison (drums), Colin Edwin (bass), and Richard Barbieri (keyboards) – released their latest album, ‘The Incident’ last September to huge critical acclaim.  This, their tenth studio album, was recorded at London’s famous Air Studios and was released by Roadrunner Records as a double CD and a special limited deluxe collector’s edition in a specially embossed box.  The band are shortly to co-headline in the USA with labelmates Coheed & Cambria.
