Royal Republic announce full UK tour

Royal Republic have announced a full UK club tour, in the wake of their stellar performances at the Download Festival.  Our intrepid Swedes played, not merely one or two, but three sets at last weekend’s Donington Park event, appearing on the Pepsi Max stage, then two ‘unplugged’ sets; one in the Live Nation media area on Friday afternoon and another up on the Jagermeister stage on Saturday.

Royal Republic’s energetic live show is definitely one to see, with Kerrang! proclaiming them ‘terrific stuff…. a sound that combines the energy of The Hives with the tunefulness of Rancid,’ and Classic Rock Magazine insisting it’s ‘very easy to fall in love with Royal Republic’.   Their album, ‘We Are The Royal’ is in stores now and available from iTunes, and all good digital retailers.

Tickets for the tour, priced £6 regionally and £7 in London are on pre-sale now and go on general sale this Friday at 9am.  Dates rack up as follows:
