Shinedown announce tour with Papa Roach
Shinedown has announced they will co-headline a US tour with Papa Roach starting in December.
Brent Smith talked about the tour:
“We’re really excited to combine forces with Papa Roach on these dates. Just like us, they bring it every night for their fans,”
“I guarantee you this…its gonna be LOUD!”
Papa Roach vocalist Jacoby Shaddix added:
“We are stoked to be touring with Shinedown, we have a lot of love and respect for them. It’s been a long time coming, be prepared, both bands are going to annihilate the stage.”
Each band will be donating money from the tour to good causes; Shinedown will donate a portion of the proceeds to the Center for Autism & Related Disabilites (CARD) and Papa Roach has partnered with World Hunger Year (WHY) to support local and national efforts to end hunger and poverty. Papa Roach will auction off special VIP passes via their website for a meet and greet, interview with the band, side-stage tickets, soundcheck access and much more with all the proceeds going to WHY.
Having personally seen Shinedown live on two occasions with my third this weekend, and Papa Roach only just a few weeks back live in Glasgow, this is sure to be one special tour for fans with tickets.
Tour dates:
12/5 Highland Heights, KY – Bank of KY Center,
12/6 Erie, PA – Erie Civic Center,
12/8 Binghamton, NY – Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena
12/12 Cedar Rapids, IA – US Cellular Center
12/15 Rockford, IL – Rockford MetroCentre
