Shinedown Live performance “If you only knew”

Shinedown performed their fourth single from “The Sound of Madness” live on Jimmy Kimmel on October 2nd.

The band who are currently touring the US in support of their latest album, before hitting the UK for their second headline tour next month supported by SOiL, made a stop by to help further promote the single and album which has received high praise.

Shinedown avoided what is expected of most bands/artists today, by singing live and refusing to lip sync.
From rumours, the band where asked if they would rather sync the track but thankfully they remained professional and performed live.

Having had the pleasure to see Shinedown live on two previous occasions and an upcoming show, I can’t help but feel that the performance missed something.

That could simply be the result of the different setting, but Brent didn’t produce his best vocals and overall the performance was brought down a level from what you would see at a concert.

In essence, if you want to see the real Shinedown, with more power, you should definitely make your way to a show as soon as possible!
