Slayer writing new album

Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo has confirmed that the band are currently writing the follow up to their 2009 album ‘World Painted Blood’. Dave also updated fans on Jeff’s status by stating that he is still recovering and doing well after his arm became infected to what is said to be a spider bite. The infection led to Jeff requiring surgery.
