Summer Slaughter tour Tampa date stopped due to shooting threat

The Tampa Bay Times is reporting that the Summer Slaughter tour date in Tampa yesterday evening (30th July) was stopped after a woman told a bartender that she overheard two men stating they would kill people. The woman said that she heard two men, armed with a gun and knife, would begin killing people during Job For A Cowboy’s set.

The bartender called the police and more than a dozen officers arrived to stop Job For A Cowboy during their set. The Ritz was then evacuated while police brought in bomb-sniffing dogs. After two hours the police had not turned up any evidence and allowed the concert to resume while a security firm conducting pat-down searches of each concert goer who returned.
