The Blackout to release The Storm single on Monday

The Blackout are set to release their third single ’The Storm’ from their charting album ‘Hope’ which came out earlier this year on Cooking Vinyl.  ‘The Storm’, which is the closing track on the band’s latest album, is one of the biggest sounding tracks the band has written.

Sean Smith, one half of the vocal duo says “The storm is about needing a person and never wanting to hurt or lose them again. It’s certainly one of the darkest songs we have written and we feel it is something different to what we’ve done previously.  It’s perhaps one of our strongest songs yet“.

The track will be available as a digi download on 8th August.

Always a festival favourite, The Blackout will be appearing at a number of them including Reading/Leeds festival over the summer before embarking on their last headline tour of the year in October and November.
