The Dillinger Escape Plan album release date announced

It has been confirmed that Option Paralysis, the fourth studio album from New Jersey mathcore pioneers The Dillinger Escape Plan, will be released on March 23, 2010. The announcement was made by vocalist Greg Puciato via his Twitter page.

Option Paralysis is the long-awaited follow-up to Ire Works, which was regarded by many as one of the best albums of 2007. It is also the first Dillinger album to feature drummer Billy Rymer, who joined the band in January of this year.

The band will embark on a short European tour in February. The dates are as follows:

8.2.10: Magnet Club, Berlin, Germany
