Threshold cover Muse

Threshold has released their new single which just happens to be a cover of Muses hit Supermassive Black Hole.

The single was released January 29th with the B-side being Slipstream (Vocoder version), a previously unreleased mix of the song from the album Dead Reckoning. Supermassive Black Hole was originally released as a bonus track on the Dead Reckoning album but they wished to take it the full mile and release as a single.

“Supermassive Black Hole’ was such a huge hit for Muse, it’s become a modern classic and it’s still in the top ten of the U.K. rock charts after 150 weeks! I hope Muse enjoy Threshold’s reworking of their song; we’ve stayed fairly true to the original but with some added Threshold heaviness.”

The single is available to listen to on the bands MySpace right now.
