On Wednesday evening while performing at the Ritz Ybor in Florida, The Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan blacked out on stage causing him to collapse against the drum rises and his guitar cabinet, though as quickly as he fell to the ground, Corgan was back on his feet and performing again for fans.

The Smashing Pumpkins will perform a benefit concert next Tuesday, July 27th at Chicago’s Metro to raise money for the medical care of Matthew Leone, bassist for Chicago-based band Madina Lake.
